Coach feedback

Less admin.
More eyes on the lifts.

Illustrative coach feedback for this preview — verified customer stories coming soon.

“I used to do this part in a spreadsheet for every athlete. Now I set the progression once and move on.”
Elena R. Olympic weightlifting coach
“The clip is right there with the lift. I don't have to dig through messages to remember what I'm looking at.”
Jonah B. Powerlifting coach
“I open Review and can see which finished workouts need attention. That alone saves me a lot of checking.”
Marcus T. Strength coach
“The completed workout lands in Review with the reps and loads together. It makes the week easier to check.”
Nadia P. Remote barbell coach
“Each workspace has its own plan, so its capacity stays tied to that roster.”
Camille S. Strength & conditioning coach
“I can write one block for the group and still have each lifter seeing their own numbers. That's the part that clicked.”
Aiden L. Barbell club coach
“One minute I'm looking at the roster, next I'm watching the set they logged. It all stays in the same conversation.”
Priya D. Remote weightlifting coach
“I like that the builder feels like how I plan. Then I can go back and see how the work actually went.”
Derek M. Strength coach
Program builder

Draw it once.
Every athlete's numbers.

Drag the intensity, reps, and sets for each week. Cleanpull turns that one progression into working weights for everyone on the roster, and you can check any athlete's numbers before you assign it.

  • Drag to draw sets, reps, and intensity
  • Prescribe by target max, body weight, or RPE
  • Preview any athlete's program before assigning
Program builder, Progression view: the Primary scheme's intensity bars ramp from 70% to 95% across eight weeks, and a projected-loads table shows Jonas Petersen's weights for every week — 132.5 kg up to 180 kg on the squat
Sofia Marino's page in the web app, Program tab: her week 1 of 8 prescription with sets, reps, intensity, and loads — Back Squat 4 × 8 at 70% is 72.5 kg — with Day 1 logged and Day 2 up next
Roster

Your whole roster.
Nothing to chase.

Open any athlete and see the program through their numbers: this week's loads, what they logged, their 1-rep maxes, and where they are in the block. Assign or change a program in seconds.

  • Program and progress on one screen
  • Exact loads for every workout
  • Every logged workout, with check-ins
Review

Every workout.
One review queue.

Every finished workout lands in one queue. See what you prescribed next to what got lifted and how it felt, then reply in the athlete's conversation, lift videos included. Same queue on your phone.

  • One queue across the roster
  • Prescribed next to logged, with the check-in
  • Videos and replies stay in the conversation
Jonas Petersen's review conversation in the web app: two completed Strength Block workouts with every lift's reps and loads plus effort, joint soreness, and enjoyment scores, his message about travelling, and a Mark reviewed button
Athlete app

Their side
of the bar.

Athletes open the app and today's workout is waiting with their numbers. Each set logs in a tap, offline too, and the finished workout goes straight to you. Coaches get the same app, roster and review included.

  • Today's workout, with their numbers
  • Works offline and on Apple Watch
  • Progress and your feedback in one place
  • Log the set. The numbers are already there.

  • Talk with the workout in view. Your reply sits right under it.

  • Watch the trend. Load, readiness, and body weight over time.

FAQ

Questions before you get started?

Who is Cleanpull for?

Olympic weightlifting, S&C, and barbell coaches — in the gym or remote. Your athletes get their own side of the app for logging workouts.

Do I need to install anything?

Not to coach. Everything runs in the browser at web.cleanpull.app, and the phone app has the coach side too. Athletes install the iPhone or Android app to log workouts; Apple Watch comes with it.

How does one program fit different athletes?

Programs store percentages, not weights. Cleanpull applies them to each athlete's target max, so the same program prescribes the right load for everyone.

Does it work for remote coaching?

Yes. Athletes log from anywhere, their workouts sync to your roster, and video review keeps your eyes on their bar path between check-ins.

What do my athletes see?

Today's workout with their exact numbers, set-by-set logging, body-weight trends, logged 1-rep maxes, and your feedback.

Can athletes train offline?

Yes. Once their program has loaded, athletes can start, continue, and finish a workout with no connection. Logged work syncs when they're back online.

What works on Apple Watch?

Athletes can start or resume a prescribed workout, log reps and weight, follow rest countdowns, see live heart rate, and save the finished workout to Apple Health.

Which health apps connect?

Cleanpull can import recent body weight from Apple Health and Android Health Connect, and save completed strength workouts back to either one.

Which lifts are supported?

A built-in library covers common barbell lifts and accessories. You can also type a custom exercise into any program.

Which plan do I need?

Each workspace has its own plan. Free includes its owner plus 3 other members, Pro the owner plus 30, and Studio the owner plus 500. Every tier includes the same Cleanpull features.

Can I use pounds or kilograms?

Yes. Every coach and athlete can choose pounds or kilograms, and Cleanpull converts prescribed and logged loads automatically.

Who counts toward my plan?

The workspace owner is included. Every other active coach or athlete uses one slot in that workspace. Athletes never pay for their place on a roster.

Where do I manage billing?

Workspace owners purchase and manage paid plans in Cleanpull on the web through Stripe. Native apps show plan status and, where store rules permit, link an owner to the web only when a workspace is over its limit or an active paid plan needs managing.

Can I have more than one workspace?

Yes. Each workspace has its own roster, capacity, and plan, even when the same person owns several of them.
