An Everfit alternative for barbell coaches
Everfit is a broad coaching-business platform. Cleanpull is a narrower tool for drawing barbell blocks, turning them into each athlete's loadable weights, and reviewing what comes back.
Features and prices were checked on 19 August 2026 against Everfit's official pricing page and Help Center documentation for Live Sync, 1RM programming, offline workouts, and the smartwatch app. Recheck before relying on them. The short answer
Everfit and Cleanpull both assign one program to multiple clients, update future training from the shared program, calculate working weights from an athlete's 1RM, support offline workout logging, and exchange form videos.
The difference is scope and emphasis. Everfit combines training with a large exercise library, tasks, nutrition, forms, automation, payments, community, branding, integrations, and a marketplace. Cleanpull concentrates on structured barbell blocks: draw the progression once, let each athlete's target maxes turn it into loadable weights, deliver the session, and review what comes back.

How the pricing compares
Cleanpull charges for workspace capacity. The owner is included; every other coach or athlete consumes a slot. Everfit prices primarily by client count, with separate plan and add-on choices for broader capabilities.
| Solo-coach roster | Cleanpull | Everfit |
|---|---|---|
| 3 athletes | $0 | $0, up to 5 clients |
| 20 athletes | $15/mo · $150/yr | $49/mo · $41/mo billed annually |
| 30 athletes | $15/mo · $150/yr | $75/mo · $63/mo billed annually, up to 35 |
| 50 athletes | $100/mo · $999/yr | $95/mo · $79/mo billed annually |
Cleanpull is substantially less expensive around its intended 5–30-athlete roster. Everfit has the more generous free tier, and at fifty athletes its Pro plan costs slightly less month to month than Cleanpull Studio. Compare the features you would otherwise buy separately as well as the seat price.
Where Everfit is the better choice
- Your service goes beyond training. Nutrition, habits, tasks, forms, progress photos, and broad health metrics belong in the same client experience.
- You need demonstrations. A large exercise-video library is useful for general-population clients and unfamiliar movements.
- You automate the client journey. Onboarding flows, scheduled messages, group assignments, and conditional forms are outside Cleanpull's scope.
- You run the business in the platform. Packages, recurring payments, branding, public sales pages, and marketplace discovery are material advantages.
- You need broad integrations or Wear OS. Everfit connects to more data sources and supports an Android-watch companion.
Where Cleanpull fits better
- You program the shape of a block. Draw the progression across weeks instead of editing one calendar cell at a time.
- You coach toward target maxes. Set where each athlete should end the block and preview every week's weights before you assign it.
- The bar has to be loadable. Prescriptions round in kilograms or pounds to the increment the athlete can make.
- You want the workout on Apple Watch. Reps, weight, rest, and completion can be handled from the wrist rather than using the Watch only as a heart-rate companion.
- You review a barbell roster. Completed sessions queue with the prescribed and logged work, duration, and check-in together.
- You have 5–30 athletes. The $15 Pro workspace is unusually inexpensive at the roster size Cleanpull targets.
Things Cleanpull does not have
Cleanpull has no nutrition or habit coaching, scheduled tasks, onboarding forms or automation, client payments, public marketplace, community forums, white-label app, large demonstration library, Wear OS app, or broad Garmin, Fitbit, Oura, Cronometer, and MyFitnessPal integrations. A coaching business that depends on those capabilities should choose the broader platform.
