Cleanpull
For remote weightlifting coaches

Remote weightlifting coaching software

Program the classic lifts in percentages, deliver each lifter's working weights, and review completed sessions and technique clips from one queue.

Technique has to travel

A completed checkbox says very little about a weightlifting session. A snatch miss at 85% can mean the load was too ambitious, the receiving position broke down, or the athlete made a technical error that began at the floor.

The program, logged result, and clip need enough shared context for the coach to tell those cases apart.

Keep the clip beside the training

The athlete starts with a prescribed session

Snatch, clean & jerk, pulls, squats, and common variations arrive with sets, reps, and working weights ready. Each exercise can use its own reference max.

Completed work returns to the coach

The athlete logs the weight and reps they completed, adds a post-workout check-in, and sends useful photos or videos in the private thread.

Attachments carry context

Relevant messages show the session and lift they belong to. The coach can discuss a top snatch without asking which week, day, or prescription produced it.

Feedback remains in the conversation

Reply with a cue, ask for another angle next session, or adjust the program. The history stays available when the same technical issue appears again.

A lift video, the athlete's question, and the coach's cue stay in one private thread.

Program a distributed roster once

A shared percentage progression works across lifters in different gyms and weight categories because each person trains from their own maxes. Update one lifter after a test and their remaining weights recalculate without changing anyone else's block.

Units are set per user. A coach can work in kilograms while an athlete who trains in pounds sees the equivalent loads, rounded to equipment they can use.

Review across time zones

Finished sessions and new messages collect in the review queue as athletes train. The coach can work through them in order without reconstructing the week from separate apps.

Bodyweight history and current maxes sit on the athlete profile, helping the coach interpret performance when a lifter is moving toward a different category.

Video-review scope

Cleanpull handles private clip exchange and coaching feedback with training context. It does not provide frame-by-frame drawing, angle overlays, side-by-side playback, automatic bar-path tracking, or AI technique analysis.

For the wider programming feature set, visit the Olympic weightlifting coaching software page. The training-block guide covers the programming decisions behind the app.

Pricing

Plans are per workspace, and the owner does not consume a member slot.

  • Free — the owner plus 3 other members. $0.
  • Pro — up to 30 members. $15/month or $150/year.
  • Studio — up to 500 members. $100/month or $999/year.

Coaches and athletes both count toward capacity. Each workspace carries its own plan, and athletes never pay for a roster spot.

Can I program snatch and clean & jerk variations?

Yes. Program the classic lifts, hang and block variations, powers, pulls, squats, and accessory work. Separate reference maxes keep each variation's percentages honest.

Can a video be attached to a specific set?

Messages can carry the relevant session and lift context. Cleanpull does not maintain a frame-by-frame per-set analysis library.

Can I coach athletes in different units?

Yes. Units are a per-user preference, so coaches and athletes can view the same prescription in kilograms or pounds.

Does it include live video calls?

No. Cleanpull supports asynchronous text, photo, and video feedback. Use your preferred calling service for live sessions.

How does the free tier work?

A free workspace includes the owner plus three other members with no time limit. The owner does not consume a slot.
